Health

- Maintain a plant-based diet. I have been vegetarian for a while now. I cut out eggs entirely last fall, but dairy still makes its way in. The goal now is to eat a vegan diet at home, with some allowances for dairy when out.
- Lose 35 pounds. I may need to lose more. We'll see once these 35 are gone.
- Become strong. I'm not weak, but I definitely could benefit from more strength.

- Get my Masters/PhD in Biology. Specifics to be determined as my educational path continues.
- Purge at least 50% of our current belongings. These are my belongings and shared household belongings, not any family member's personal belongings!
- Move -- become less tied down. I've learned that owning a large (to me) house acts like an anchor, and not in a good way. This segues the next goal...
- Become more fluid. I got through the many tough times of the last 13 years by implementing a lifestyle of rigid structure on myself. This may not have been healthy then, and it is definitely not healthy now.

- Replenish $2000 emergency fund. Not too stressed, I have grant overages coming in that will top it off. (I pulled out of it for vacation, not wise, but did it anyway.)
- Save $500 month (minimum), beginning in September. Set up a separate account for this money to go into. (This number to be adjusted after we move next spring. Hopefully upward.)
- Place at least $1000 in an investment vehicle for 2018. I currently have $200, so $800 to go. (I am counting initial amount invested, not daily market fluctuations.)
